Pregnancy & Baby Expo
Dr Karen Hansor from Stratford Chiropractic will be attending the Cairns Pregnancy and Baby Expo on Sunday 7 November 2021, at the Pullman Cairns International.
Karen is a highly qualified and experienced professional, with a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University (Sydney) and a Masters of Science in Chiropractic Pediatrics from the University of Wales. She’s also a Mum and familiar with the pregnancy and parenthood journey, complete with its changes in body both before and after pregnancy.
Karen has been supporting Mums and Mums to be, providing gentle, natural treatment and guidance, for nearly 20 years. Her goal is to assist families on their health journey.
Chiropractic pregnancy care can help alleviate back pain and optimise pelvis position and alignment. It supports your body and nervous system and is drug and pain free. Our chiropractic care and treatment for pregnant ladies evolves over the course of gestation, meeting the needs of both your growing baby and your own body changes. It can commence at any time during pregnancy, right up to delivery.
Once your precious little one has arrived, we can continue your wellness journey providing treatments and guidance on how to minimise back and muscle pain, from carrying, changing and caring for your baby. We can also support your baby at this time important time, by assessing and addressing any nerve dysfunction that may have occurred during the birthing process.
